We process personal data only within the framework of applicable data protection law (GDPR, German BDSG). "Personal data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (e.g. name, email address, phone number).

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by "https://" in the address bar and the padlock symbol in your browser.
Our website does not set any tracking, advertising or analytics cookies, and does not embed any services that set such cookies. There is no user-based tracking and no reach measurement. A consent banner is therefore not required. Should services requiring consent be used in future, we will obtain your consent beforehand.
If you contact us via the contact form, by email or by phone, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, email address, phone number and the content of your message) in order to handle and respond to your enquiry.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to the initiation or performance of a contract, and otherwise our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Data sent via the form is transmitted by email to our address info@fine-driving.de and is not passed on to any other third parties.
Technical spam protection: to protect against automated submissions (bots), the form contains a field that is invisible to you (a so-called "honeypot" field) as well as a technical plausibility check of the time taken to complete it. No third-party services (such as Google reCAPTCHA) are used and no data is transmitted to third parties.
We store your enquiry until it has been fully processed. Statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.
Our website contains links through which you can optionally contact us via WhatsApp. Only when you actively click such a link are you forwarded to the WhatsApp service, whereby data is transmitted to the provider (WhatsApp Ireland Limited). We have no influence over data processing by WhatsApp – for details please see WhatsApp's privacy policy. Simply opening our website does not establish any connection to WhatsApp.
All fonts are served locally from our own server (self-hosted). No connections to Google Fonts or other third parties are established for this. Images and scripts are, as a rule, also loaded exclusively from our own server – with the exception of the registration assistant described below.
On individual pages – in particular the course and contact pages – we embed an online registration assistant that lets you conveniently register for a course or submit an enquiry. This widget is provided by the service Fahrschulmanager and is loaded from its server (domain api.fahrschulmanager.de) when the relevant page is opened.
For technical reasons your IP address and possibly browser and device information are transmitted to the provider in the process. If you actively use the assistant, the registration or enquiry data you enter is additionally processed there. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in offering an easy online registration option (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); in the case of an actual registration, the initiation or performance of a contract also applies (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We process and store your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the respective purpose or as required by statutory retention periods. Once the purpose ceases to apply or these periods expire, the data is routinely deleted.
